A public reference shelf
Learning Library helps useful books, articles, courses, tools, and other references surface through shared classification and lightweight voting.
What belongs here
Materials that teach, explain, demonstrate, or provide durable reference value. An entry may be only a title, or it may include an HTTPS destination and a short plain-text note.
What the catalog does not do
It does not host files, download destinations, display remote previews, verify contributor identity, or claim that vote totals measure educational quality. External destinations remain the responsibility of their operators.
How voting works
One vote is remembered per browser using an opaque cookie. Clearing browser data or changing devices can reset that state, so counts are a useful curation signal—not a census of people.
